Screening for Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts submitted to Mirakha Journal of Management and Business (MJMB) are screened for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software, such as Turnitin or equivalent tools, before entering the peer-review process.

The journal's plagiarism screening policy includes the following:

  • All submitted manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or an equivalent similarity detection tool.
  • The maximum acceptable similarity index is 25%, taking into account properly cited quotations, references, and commonly used methodological expressions.
  • Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism or excessive similarity beyond the journal's threshold will be rejected or returned to the authors for revision, based on the editor's evaluation.
  • Self-plagiarism and redundant publication are not permitted unless they are properly cited and transparently disclosed in accordance with publication ethics.
