Author Guidelines

Authors submitting manuscripts to Mirakha Journal of Management and Business (MJMB) are required to comply with the following guidelines:

• Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or English.
• The manuscript should be 5,000–8,000 words in length, including references.
• The article must follow the IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) structure.
• Citations and references must conform to the APA Style, 7th Edition.
• Manuscripts should include at least 15 references, with the majority drawn from scholarly journals published within the last 5–10 years.
• The submitted manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication in another journal.
• Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official MJMB journal template available on the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) website prior to submission.
• All submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial editorial assessment before proceeding to the peer-review process.
